I think the best way to honor Heather is to Excel in life for YOURSELF first, and then have the ability to help others. I think becoming better people on the inside and as well as the outside is the one of the best goals. And don't be affraid of change. To have strength and confidence, the ability to not discount yourself and to make positive CHANGES in your life is very admirable! I think we can all learn something from Heather's tragedy. We all have the power to do something for her and that is to make a DIFFERENCE in life for ourselves and for others. JASON |

There is a part of the poem that Garry sent me I really like. I can completely relate to it. "Your love of life has shown us the way. All things are possible no matter where we stray." Besides the motivation in myself, Heather has given me an extra boost in my training. She did have that innner spark or light inside her that is motivating to watch. Tammy also has emphasized to me that Heather had great dedication in her work. And her gleeful enthusiasm towards life itself was awesome!! Maybe thats what draws me to her. JASON |
