Speaking of Dominique's death, where does everybody stand on the Poltergeist curse thing? I'm not sure if I believe in it, but it sure is creepy enough. |

Hmmm....I say that there is some strange--how shall I put it--energy around the movies, but not necessarily a dark energy like a curse. I've come to believe lately in life that there are no coincidences. |

I was just doing a search on Heather and her name popped up at this site...The supposed "Curse of Poltergeist" is mentioned in this book called "Mould's Movie Careers - Actresses" by this guy Paul Mould.

Yeah,I'm skeptical on this whole curse thing.True weird things have happened to certain actors while filming the movies,and at least one actor has died after each movie,but I'm not sure if this could be all chocked up to a curse.Sure it's weird that Heather,the main character of the movies was the last to die,and it seems that the "ghost",or "curse",saved the best for last, so to speak,but again I'm not totally ready to dismiss all this as just a simple curse,but that's just me.

I do have to say,though,that I have been working on a book I'm writing,and in this book,I have it that I have a daughter,and I name her after Heather's character in the "Poltergeist" movies, but ever since I put that in,I've been having problems getting this book done,and weird mishaps would happen,so who knows,maybe this is the curse,or not,but it's just weird how,since I put that in my book,I've been having these problems with computer disks freezing up,and the like,things that would prevent me getting further,and further into the story,and getting this book done,and published. |

When I put the poltergeist movie in my screenplay, a lot of crap happened like my hard drive freezing up and the entire script was erased. I took it out and have had no trouble since. A curse? Or not? Guess we'll have to let everyone else be the judge of that.

About the book Horrorfan, maybe there's something in it that Heather doesn't want published? Have you had any dreams about her mentioning anything abouta book or anything? Maybe Heather's knows something is not right. And is sending some warning. It can happen you know. Not saying your book is bad, but there's like, some sign. Yet, this is a corny suggestion. I was just wondering. I have not had any weird mishaps happen to me (yet). Well, I dunno what else to say about the book. What's it about? E-mail me and maybe I can help you with some ideas. I'm pretty good at it. I am also writing a book with Heather in it, but her name is Carol Anne. I've been working on it for like, 4 years and I'm STILL not done it. It's over 300 pages on my computer. Some of the stuff in the book is based on real life facts from Heather herself. LONG story. Well, good luck with your book.

Hey Shesacuttie3, maybe what happened with your disk player was a little problem that sometimes all machines do? Have you tried again? Did it do the same thing? If so, that's pretty freaky.

Nope,no dream about her coming to me about anything.Also,about my book,don't worry,I'm pretty good at coming up with suggestions.The book's called "Sibling Rivalry".In it,I'm married with 3 children,2 sons,and a daughter,and guess what I name my daughter? Yep,Carol Anne.I even have put that I got her name from the
"Poltergeist" movies,and have that my children watch the movies,at times.Do you think that might have something to do with it,if the problems I'm having with getting my book written up has to do with the curse? Well,thanks for the suggestions all,and see yas around,bye now! |
