I just got news from a friend that Tammy says there will be an E! Entertainment special on Poltergeist on October 27th. Not sure of the time yet. Stay tuned.

I was just wondering what everyone thought of the E! Show on the Poltergeist curse. I thought it was wonderful because of all the rare stills they showed of Heather and the behind the scenes stuff on Poltergeist III. It was really sad when Gary Sherman said, "One of the...worst moments in my life was carrying a box with that beautiful girl in it." I fought back tears. |

I thought it was good but incredibly sad. I also thought they were going to spend more time on Heather. Don't see why background info on Spielberg's childhood was necessary. Plus, Dominique had a whole True Hollywood Story of her own already, and if Oliver Robins isn't dead, then where is he now? |

Yeah, you're right on the Spielberg stuff. I wish Heather would have her own True Hollywood Story or better yet An A & E Biography. And you're right. Why didn't they catch up with Oliver? Why didn't they tell the story of how Oliver almost choked to death during the scene where the clown attacks him? I wished they showed more behind the scenes stuff with Heather. But the pics they showed of her were great! |

Let's see. I agree with a little bit of what everybody has said so far. I enjoyed the show, don't get me wrong. But yeah, the whole thing about Spielberg's childhood I could have done without and they went on a little too much about Dominique Dunne and that rat John Sweeney. More on Heather would have been nice, of course. Also, judging from the e-mail I had received from Tammy, I thought she had also been interviewed (with Kathy) so I kept waiting for Tammy to come on and she never did. Oh, but one thing nobody mentioned so far -what is WITH Kathleen O'Rourke? Is it just me or is she WEIRD??? Whenever she was talking she sounded so childish. If you told me she was on something I would have believed you. I sure hope she wasn't always that weird!

Oliver almost choked to death?? Wow! I NEVER knew that! AT least he's okay. They SHOULD make an autobiography on Heather! She deserves it! Heather was better than Dominique and Dom got a bio. How come Heather doesn't? Well, now that there was that Poltergeist curse, mayebe they will reconsider making a bio on her. Never know! Just keep wishing! I wanted to ask questions about the show, but I will be seeing it soon, so I'll keep it a surprise and let you know on what I think later!

ps-keep dreaming for a Heather bio JUST for her! Heather was even more popular than Dominique. I think because her dad is a writer, he insisted to have something about his daughter. Like daughter like father. |

Hey,
I thought the show was overall very good but there were some things that really disappointed me. First, they did not seem to have enough about heather. I agreed with those who commented about Spielberg's childhood...they had too much home him but I guess they were trying to explain how he had come up with the film. They also missed the part where Oliver Robbins was almost choked to death by the clown. According to the e-mail by Tammy, I assumed they were going to have more on heather but I guess not. Also, what Gary Sherman said at the end of the show was very saddening. I gained alot of respect for him after the show. I also want to add that I think that Kathy was kind of cool!!! But we never see Tammy Walker ever being interviewed. Well, that's all

I personally thought it was a VERY good show!! but I agree with everything that Mike had said. There WASN'T enough Heaher! And Tammy was NEVER interviewed! So, was she lying? Anyways, but it was GREAT! I will be asking about those Heather photos soon!

I watched that e true hollowood story that was so great to watch it was so sad of her death tho. It really picked meeh up and made meeh to start thinking about Heather. Than after that that weird dream came upon meeh. Its great to have websites liek these ... keep the memory going! |

Just wanted to let you all know. Those of you that have been living under a rock, and haven't seen the E! True Hollywood Story of Poltergiest. It airs on 20 Dec at 8 pm and Dec 22 at 4 pm. Check the E! Online website for more info - it doesn't say what time zone so you'll have to check your TV guide. |

I've seen the show numerous times now,and it was cool to see all the actors talk about what it was like on the set of the 3 movies.I loved seeing Heather in some of those shots,it make me sad to think such a beautiful person's no longer with us,
but it was cool to see these shots of Heather, though.Also,on TVLand,last night,Heather was in the latest episode they showed.I hope they'll have another of her episodes on tonight,we'll see. |
