Hi. I'm not sure if I've posted this in the correct forum, but according to the following site, it looks as though both P2 and P3 are coming out on dvd in the US.

Over here in Australia we have P1 and P2, but not 3.

April 3, 2003 Updates
-POLTERGEIST sequels finally coming on Region 1 DVD
The sequels to Spielbergs classic POLTERGEIST have finally been announced for DVD release. MGM will be unleashing the POLTERGEIST II and POLTERGEIST III to DVD on August 26.
Both films feature brand new anamorphic widescreen prints. Extras are very light (merely the films' theatrical trailers), but the price is almost right at only $14.95 SRP.
