Hi Guys
Tammy told me that Heather was extremely dedicated to her work.
And being so gifted at the same time, it's mind boggling to question just how far she would of excelled in the film industry.

I guess I'm just really curious about the kinds of films she would have chosen to be in.

Hi, Jason.
I don't know what future movies she would have done. I guess dramas like Survining about kids or a coming of age series for young adults/adolescents. I bet she and Gary Sherman sat down and discussed how she was SO TIRED of doing horror films, so he ended the series for her.

She would've definately directed and worked with children. Heather might've become as successful as Penny Marshall in that respect. Maybe she would've even done comedy movies. Her timing was great. Or horror/comedy spoofs like Linda Blair. She always wanted to win an Oscar someday. She never won many film or TV awards at all, though.

I think it was the Poltergeist Series and her serious dedication(including never complaining) that brought about her type casting (lack of consistant, major rolls)and her early death

I like those insightful predictions Celia.

Tammy said Heather was a very "old soul". Which means she was very mature for her age.
I agree she defenately was. But at the same time I think Heather really still hung on to those things of what it really means to be a kid.
She played, and dreamed just like a regular kid.
I think Heather had a real strong innocent quality about her.

I find it very hard to predict what Heather's future would of been like.
I think she had a very strong individual will and a high level of self. She was truely special!

Yeah,that's what sucks about Heather's death,we'll
never get to know what else she could've done.
Do you think she would've been in the
"Poltergeist" TV spin-off series,if she was still alive,at the time? I heard Zelda Rubenstein was in an episode of the series.Well, let me know what
you all think,thanks!

PS: Funny how Heather complained about being typecast, and yet she wanted to be remembered most for her role in the "Poltergeist" movies.
