Based upon what I have been told by a fellow Heather fan, I am not so sure if this is true or not. But if you please, do read on. It might interest you what I’m about to say………

I was chatting to a friend of mine one day (name held anonymous). He was telling me about Heather’s death. It’s as it follows and keep in mind, Jim Peele had told him this. The story goes as it follows:

**Refer to Jan. 29th (1988 of course), Friday night.** Well, before this, remember that Heather was eating and growing normally and there was no alarm until Sunday night…

Heather’s intestine ruptured Friday night. Yet, she was okay throughout Saturday and so forth. On Sunday night, she had a minor fever. She also slept in the living room on the couch, Jim slept on the chair (I guess to watch her?) She had only gotten up a few times in the night to get some glasses of water.

As it follows, and sadly as we all know, she died the following morning. As for getting the stomach flu the day before she died, that never happened. She was fine and only had a minor fever Sunday night. But, she did throw up while they were taking her to the hospital. But I dunno anything else about her stomach flu.

This is all I was told. I wasn’t sure if it was not true. Some families change things because don’t like the public knowing their personal business and I can understand that greatly. (Everyone knows how nosey and exaggerating the media can be.) Well, I just thought you might like to know this. What’s true and what’s not? What’s the real story about what happened that weekend? A few questions I ask myself that leave me stumped. It’s impossible about the intestine rupture. She would have been in extremely excruciating pain. I just don’t get it. Die three days after the intestine ruptures? She would have been poisoned in a matter of hours. Maybe less. I’m no doctor. I’d speak to my doctor about that one. It’s just so weird.

Cool bit of info. there,Aja! Yeah, that does sound weird that Heather didn't die until 3 days after her intestine ruptured,if that is the case.
I know if you have appendicitis, you'd be in extreme pain within minutes,or hours of that happening.I had one experience where I was in such pain, and thought it was that my appendix ruptured,and/or I had appendicitis, but it ended up being due to my taking in too much water from swimming that day,I guess I must've,accidently, opened my mouth, while underwater, and enough chorline got in my system that that happened, but you're right, she probably would've been in extreme pain if her intestine ruptured, within hours of it happening,so that does sound weird that she'd have died 3 days later, instead of 3, or 4 hours.
