      Just read Sinead O'Connor passed away at age 56. Her rendition of "Nothing Compares 2 U" was one of my mom and I's favorite songs to passionately belt out together. We knew the story of why she cried real tears in the music video. After my mom died, the song became how I felt about mom's death and the fact I never got to tell her goodbye. So, I get very emotional whenever I hear or choose to play it. I know Sinead had a very hard childhood because neither of her parents wanted her so I think about a runaway teen trying to find acceptance somewhere. She had music; it saved her life. I hope overall she found her life better than the way it started.
